Why do you like to host a foreign student?
Getting to know other cultures and sharing our own culture is the best part.
What do you do in your free time?
Nidia: In the morning I usually work on making decorations for homes. Table cloths, curtain covers, etc. I love making them. We go to a bible study group too. I make lots of Christmas decorations and things get really busy from September. And when I'm too busy at that, my sister helps me out by doing house choirs. But usually, my sister likes to make her own clothings. It's very relaxing for us.
What do you do to make your foreign students feel at home?
Treat them as we want to be treated. Be good friends to them so they can feel comfortable while they are in Guatemala.
What's your family like?
Julia: We are reall easy-going sisters and we like our quiet lives. We get along fine and when I need some help, my sister helps me and when she needs me, I'm there for her.
What is the best of Guatemala?

And television programs, we usually watch the Mexican Channel "Azteca 13"... We like watching "La Academia." It's about musics. Other than that, we watch soap operas and news all the time. (Favorite travel locations?) Mexico! We want to go to Jerusalem but it's so far and we are scared to fly! (How about taking a cruise ship?) NO! It's worse! We can't take water either! hahaha!
